Order Handling, Cut-off and Dispatch

After you’ve placed your order with us, it will be processed and dispatched the same day if your order was placed prior to 15:00 Monday to Friday. If you placed your order after 15:00 on Friday, it will be dispatched Saturday morning. Otherwise, your order will be dispatched the following working day.

Courier and Packaging Information

We’ve partnered with the Royal Mail to provide you with a fast, reliable delivery service. Customers can choose between 24-hour and 48-hour tracked delivery options. 

You’ll receive your tracking information via email as soon as your order is on its way. Royal Mail will provide GPS delivery confirmation and, where possible, a photo of the delivery.

The cardboard we use to package orders is double walled to offer maximum protection and is made from mostly recycled material. That's twice the peace of mind!

Transit Time

Once dispatched, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 days or 2-3 days depending on the delivery service you chose:

Order Collection

We presently do not offer order collection, sorry! Although this may very well change as we grow.

Delivery Areas and PO Boxes

There are no surcharges for deliveries to remote areas such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands or the Channel Islands. However, please be aware that if you are ordering from a remote location, transit times may be longer by 1-2 working days.

Thinking of using a PO box? Go ahead! Royal Mail Tracked 24 and 48 services are fully compatible with PO box addresses.

International Shipping

We are restricting our launch to just the UK, meaning international shipping won’t be available for now. Sorry if you are a prospective international customer! We do hope to grow globally, so make sure to sign up to our mailing list for news of when we’re ready to go international.

Delivery Issues

Damaged Packaging

If you notice box damage on receiving your order, please make sure you take pictures of the outer packaging and the shipping label before opening the box. We also recommend taking a photo of the contents before you take anything out of the box.

Rather than refuse delivery, we recommend that you accept delivery but notify the driver. Please proceed to open the package carefully to inspect your order. Often, our protective internal packaging keeps our products safe even if the outer box is scuffed.

Damaged Goods

If you discover your goods are damaged or dead on arrival, please ensure you notify us within 48 hours of receipt in line with our refund and returns policy.

Incorrect Delivery Addresses 

If you provided an incorrect delivery address at checkout, please be aware that we do not accept responsibility for lost packages.

Unsuccessful Delivery

If an order is returned to us after multiple unsuccessful delivery attempts, a redelivery fee will apply to send your order out a second time.

If instead of redispatching your order you would prefer to receive a refund, please be aware that the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
